This update resolves the probability of duplicates during the growth or haircut process that is in place to stop distortions. This error occurs mainly with Sim's on a random hair progression.
If you were not experiencing the duplicate Sim situation, you are fine to update and continue as normal.
If you did experience it and already saved, please delete your clones, save-exit, and update your mod. You can do this with MCCC.
If you can save without exiting, that is recommended if you are experiencing duplicates.
