All our mods are compatible with the 07/26/2022 Patch EXCEPT for Private Practice and Organic. We are also aware of the multiple charges that could be applied when reporting a death with Mortem and we are going to hotfix that as well.
Mortem is still fine to play with, it is only Private Practice and Organic you would want to remove. I would also suggest you remove any legacy Custom Hair Progressions and start fresh when the update comes along.
