- Update Norwegian

- Add Thai to PT-TH version


R|E 0.4.2.1 - CODE UPDATE

- Improved tenant rent payment (Tenants now have a base of 50% of chance of paying rent, regardless of external factors)

- Fixed a bug where rental payment calculations could result in a ZeroDivisionError

- Added Chestnut Ridge to the Real Estate market;

- Fixed a bug where sometimes not all Negotiation Battle members would come to the negotiation.

- Add Czech, German, Norwegian, Portuguese - Portuguese
