R|E Code Update: 0.4.7.1

R|E had a minor update today to address the two issues listed below.

- Adding Ciudad Enamorada as a World option.

- Only one world is required instead of two when choosing to filter your Sim's listing based on World options within the Wishlist.

SNB Mod Suite - Mod Patch and Code Update

SNB-Bills is now back in play. You can download it directly below. I've also included a fix for Simmers playing with DX11 enabled, SNB, and SNB—Financial Center. Some small string updates are also included.

The only remaining mod that needs an update for DX11 is Private Practice. I'm hoping to release that soon.
